Liberal leaders unanimously approve Ciolos as party nominee for Premier (sources)

The leaders of the National Liberal Party (PNL) unanimously approved Dacian Ciolos as the party's nominee for PM, said official sources.

PNL chair Alina Gorghiu announced on Monday that at the meeting of the National Political Bureau she will propose Dacian Ciolos as the party's candidate for Premier.

"Dacian Ciolos will be my proposal today to my colleagues who will cast their vote. According to the statutes, the procedure is not yet complete because a National Council needs to give its formal seal of approval to the decision of the National Political Bureau," Gorghiu said before the meeting of the PNL leadership.
