"We have the RO-ALERT system, as right now the project is already in its acquisition stage. After acquisition, in what the implementation is concerned, I am certain that the teams working at the level of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations and at the level of the Special Telecommunications Service and DSU are determined to implement it as quickly as possible and to go through testing; besides, this is the application of the department that provides information, and this is also about alerts. In addition, you will see that the national television broadcaster TVR is the first television to start issuing our warnings. We also have an agreement signed with Antena 3 private broadcaster and we will hopefully sign with other televisions to do the same, "Arafat said.
