National leader of the Social Democratic Party (PSD) Liviu Dragnea said on Monday about Rise Project investigative journalists' disclosures that no company has paid him anything from what has been done on any of his properties.

"The pictures, some keep them on the tablet, others keep them under the pillow, I do not know, I do not care about where or how they were taken and how they ended there. As far as other information is concerned, TelDrum or any other company has never paid me anything for what has been done on any of my own properties. Never (...) I have no butler (...) I understood that they claim it is about some very huge loan. I have not taken out such loan," Dragnea said at Parliament House at the end of a meeting of the PSD National Executive Committee.

The Rise Project investigative platform announced on Saturday that it had got a suitcase "with essential information from inside the Tel Drum Corporation" to which anti-graft prosecutors had no access. According to the quoted source, the suitcase would have been found in the rural area of Teleorman, by a resident, on his property.
