President Klaus Iohannis on Monday stated that the Social Democratic Party (PSD) is the only culprit for the fact that Romania doesn't have a budget for 2019 yet.
"The lying statements and avoiding responsibility cannot hide what is obvious: PSD is the only culprit for the fact that we are in mid March and we still don't have a budget," the head of the state stated at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace.
