The number of persons who died because of flu reached 14, the National Centre for Surveillance and Control of Communicable Diseases with the National Institute of Public Health has announced on Monday.
The last person who died of flu was a woman, aged 90, form Mures County.
The woman had pre-existing medical conditions, hadn't been vaccinated and was confirmed with type-A influenza, subtype H3. AGERPRES
