Dozens of students and professors participate at the Terragov Summer School at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE)

During 27 June – 1 July 2022, Bucharest University of Economic Studies is hosting an international Summer School in Good Governance and Institutional Resilience, organised in the framework of Terragov project (Teaching Institutional Resilience and Prompt Reaction to Crisis: Good Governance Experiences in Europe).

The participants to the event are over 50 students and professors, representing 15 nationalities, from the 5 partener universities in the project: University of Iceland, University Complutense of Madrid, University of Vilnius, Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb and ASE.

Building on the topic of good governance and its cross-national challenges, the project research team of Terragov project is about to develop timely research on crisis reaction and common solutions.

The assumed objective of this project is giving students key qualifications in a changing international labour market as the TERRAGOV project offer international students a unique comparative perspective on crisis management and institutional resilience. This approach will equip you for your future careers in the international business environment. Some of the main acquisitions of the project include: intercultural skills, adaptability and agility in the current context, knowledge of European and international institutions, an understanding for other cultures and ways of working, expertise in and knowledge of foreign language and the expansion of each individual’s horizons.

Apart from academic activities such as lectures, debates, study visits, project teamwork, Terragov Summer School also incorporates an intercultural dimension, through games, guided tours and intercultural events.
