Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Wednesday's session with mixed results

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed Wednesday's sessioon with mixed results, the total value of the transactions having stood at 70.99 million RON (14.28 million euros).

The main BET index depreciated by 0.04%, to the value of 14,089.54 points, and the BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 37 shares on the Stock Exchange, decreased by 0.03%.

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid shares, fell by 0.04%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, stagnated.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, ended the session down by 0.16%, and the BET-NG, which measures the evolution of the ten energy and utility companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.11%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, registered an increase of 0.25%.

On the Regulated Market, the most traded shares were Hidroelectrica, with 27.12 million RON, those of OMV Petrom, with 8.29 million RON, and Banca Transilvania, with 7.95 million RON.

The best developments were registered by Altur (+9.62%), followed by SSIF Broker Financial Group (+4.38%) and Turbomecanica (+4.24%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares of Conted (-11.76%), Turism Felix (-3.38%) and Carbochim (-2.76%).
