Bucharest Stock Exchange closes Monday's session in the red

The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed the first trading session of the week down, and the total value of operations was 53.51 million RON (10.77 million euros).

The most traded companies on the Regulated Market were Hidroelectrica, with a turnover of 7.82 million RON, Banca Transilvania, with 6.24 million RON, and Fondul Proprietatea - 4.65 million RON (10.77 million euros), agerpres reports.

The main BET index depreciated by 0.90%, up to 13,896.56 points, while BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 37 shares on the Stock Exchange, recorded a 0.88% decrease.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks closed down 0.98%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, declined 0.54%.

The BET-BK index, the yield benchmark of investment funds, closed the session down by 1.30%, while the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, depreciated by 0.78%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, registered a decline of 0.72%.

The best developments were registered by the shares Condmag (+11.11%), Promateris (+4.19%) and Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+3.50%).

On the other hand, the most important decreases were registered by Turbomecanica (-7.10%), Artego (-5.63%) and Santierul Naval Orsova (-4.58%).
