Bucharest Stock Exchange closes higher Wednesday's session The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) closed higher the trading session on Wednesday, with a value of 82.597 million RON (16.643 million euros).
The main BET index appreciated by 0.25%, up to the value of 14,211.21 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the most liquid 37 shares on the Stock Exchange, registered an increase of 0.26%.
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, rose by 0.32%, while the index of SIFs, BET-FI, appreciated by 2.10%.
The BET-BK index, the performance benchmark of investment funds, ended the session up by 0.50%, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of the ten energy and utility companies, closed up by 0.25%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed the session on the rise, recording an advance of 0.01%.
On the Regulated Market, the most traded were Fondul Proprietatea shares, with 22.689 million RON, followed by those of Romgaz, which generated exchanges worth 13.908 million RON, and Digi shares - 13.328 million RON.
The best developments were recorded by Mecanica Ceahlau shares, which appreciated by 7.14%, followed by Fondul Proprietatea (+5.87%) and Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+5.56%).
On the other hand, the most important decreases were recorded by the shares of Carbochim (-3.31%), Vrancart (-2.42%) and Turism Felix (-2.10%).
