The Supreme Court of Justice and Cassation decided on Friday that investigations by anticorruption prosecutors against Senator Doina Tudor in a case where the MP faces charges of being complicit in bribery shall take place with Tudor out of custody, but placed under court restriction.
The Supreme Court's panel of judges rejected the request of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) to have Senator Doina Tudor placed under pre-trial arrest, but the decision is not final.
