President of the Alliance for the Unity of Romanians (AUR) George Simion met on Tuesday with US Ambassador to Romania Darryl Nirenberg, context in which he underscored that the relationship between Romania and the US will remain strong, regardless of the developments on the domestic political scene.
"A very good meeting today between AUR President George Simion and Ambassador of the United States of America to Romania Darryl Nirenberg. Regardless of how the current political crisis ends, the relationship between Romania and the United States will remain strong!," according to an AUR message posted on the party's Facebook page.
