The Prosecutor Section of the Superior Council of Magistrates (CSM) greenlighted on Tuesday Justice Minister Tudorel Toader's proposal to appoint Felix Banila as chief prosecutor of the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT), judicial sources told AGERPRES.
