Deputy Prime Minister Birchall attends meeting of global Anti-Daesh Coalition

Deputy Prime Minister for Strategic Partnership Implementation, Ana Birchall, is attending the meeting of the global Anti-Daesh Coalition in Washington on Wednesday and underlines, in this context, the need for the "joint efforts" of the international community.

"The meeting is taking place at a very important moment in the global struggle against the ISIL/Daesh network, in which the joint efforts of the international community must be calibrated to ensure the final defeat and prevent the resurgence of the terrorist group," Ana Birchall writes on her Facebook page.

The event is hosted by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and the honorary guest is President Donald Trump, said the Romanian Deputy Prime Minister.
