Save Romania Union (USR) Chairman Dominic Fritz said on Friday that "Russia's war is real and affects Romanians in a very real way," stressing that the minimisation or ridicule of this threat to Romania's sovereignty must no longer be accepted and that anyone who cannot say "Russia is the aggressor" is complicit.
"My thoughts today are with the people of Galati, who endured a terrifying night. Russia's war is real and affects Romanians in a very real way. We must no longer accept the minimisation or ridicule of this threat to Romania's sovereignty. It is called hybrid warfare because Russia wages it with drones, bots, physical attacks and psychological attacks against the population," Fritz wrote on Facebook, agerpres reports.
The USR leader stressed that the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) programme, which includes anti-drone capabilities, protects the country and that anyone who blocks it is complicit.
"Three truths arise from this reality: 1. Anyone who cannot say 'Russia is the aggressor' is complicit. 2. The SAFE programme, which includes anti-drone capabilities, protects us. Anyone who blocks it is complicit. 3. Defending Ukraine means defending ourselves," Dominic Fritz also wrote.
