Residents in the north of Tulcea county received another RO-ALERT message on Monday night into Tuesday amid the war launched by Russia in Ukraine.
In the message sent by authorities at around 02:00, the population was warned about the possibility of objects falling from the airspace and was advised to remain calm and take self-protection measures.
"Take shelter in basements or civil protection shelters. If no shelter is available, remain inside your home, away from windows and exterior walls," the message sent by the Inspectorate General for Emergency Situation (IGSU) to residents in the north of Tulcea county informed.
