Social Democratic Party (PSD) MP Mihai Fifor has been appointed full member and chair of the standing delegation of the Romanian Parliament to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, according to a decision passed on Tuesday at a joint session of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.
Fifor is replacing PSD Senator Vasile Dincu following the latter's resignation, according to a bill amending an annex to the Decision of the Romanian Parliament 11/2021 approving the nominal composition and leadership of the standing delegation of the Romanian Parliament to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
