The pair made up of Romanian Sorana Cirstea and Latvian Jelena Ostapenko have qualified to the quarterfinals of the 226,750-dollar WTA tennis tournament in Seoul, by defeating on Wednesday the 4th seeds, Dutch Arantxa Rus and Taiwanese Chia-Jung Chuang in two sets, 7-5, 7-6 (7/0).
In the quarterfinals, Cirstea and Ostapenko will face Katy Dunne (Great Britain) / Priscilla Hon (Australia).
