The electoral campaign for the second round of the presidential elections ended on Saturday, at 7:00 AM.

According to the Central Electoral Bureau, it is prohibited to continue electoral propaganda after the end of the electoral campaign.

By continuing electoral propaganda, it is understood:

At the same time, after the end of the electoral campaign, the maintenance of electoral content that was published during the campaign on websites and online social media platforms and that remains displayed on the respective pages or applications, without being promoted, does not constitute an action of continuation of electoral propaganda after the end of the electoral campaign, with the exception of the version of the respective material that was redistributed after the end of the campaign.

During the period between the end of the electoral campaign and the end of the voting, the organizers of events of any kind and the participants in them may not carry out electoral propaganda actions, and the transmission to users of text or audio-video messages aimed at influencing the option regarding the exercise of the right to vote is qualified as an action of continuation of electoral propaganda after its end.

It is prohibited to grant or promise benefits and rewards of any kind for participating in voting or for expressing a certain voting option, the BEC specifies.

On the day before and on voting day, the removal of political advertising materials from the building of the polling station headquarters in the country will be ordered by the president of the electoral bureau of the station and will be carried out by the persons designated by the mayor, immediately.

Voting in the country begins on Sunday, at 7:00 AM, and ends at 9:00 PM.
