Two consecutive conferences dedicated to cybersecurity, to be held on October 29 and 30, 2025, in Bucharest, will be organized by the Hackout Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and awareness in the cyber field.

According to a press release from the organization, sent to AGERPRES on Wednesday, the first conference - Hackout Business - is intended exclusively for management and decision-makers from the private and public sectors and aims to provide a strategic perspective on current security challenges, emphasizing concrete solutions and partnerships between companies, institutions and technology providers.

"Hackout Business is an invitation-only event with the main objective of facilitating an open dialogue between leaders and experts in the field. Participants will benefit from sessions dedicated to understanding and applying the NIS2 Directive, presentations on risk management, GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and penetration testing, as well as multiple strategic networking opportunities with representatives of critical industries and top solution providers," the organizer informs.

Also, on October 30, Hackout Talks #4 will take place, a conference hosted by the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Information Technology (ETTI) of the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

"The event continues the educational mission of the Hackout Association, offering students, young professionals and technology enthusiasts free access to specialized knowledge, practical sessions and career opportunities. Hackout Talks #4 offers over ten workshops and live demonstrations of ethical hacking, supported by industry specialists, in an interactive and accessible setting. Participation is 100% free, subject to availability, and the networking area will allow participants to interact directly with companies and experts, discovering real opportunities for professional development," notes the association.

Registration for participation in the two specialized conferences is open on the association's official website - https://hackout.ro/.

"This year, we bring together two complementary worlds: business strategy and technical expertise. Through Hackout Business, we help companies transform security risks into strategic advantages. At Hackout Talks, we invest in training the talent that will protect Romania's digital future," Gabriel Puiu, president of the Hackout Association, said in the press release.

Hackout events benefit from the support of the National News Agency AGERPRES, as the main media partner.

Founded in 2019, the Hackout.ro Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and awareness in the field of cybersecurity.

The entity functions as an educational hub and an active community that brings together specialists, students and companies, with the mission of transforming complex information about security into accessible, practical and applicable knowledge. Through public campaigns, conferences, workshops and free self-protection tools, Hackout contributes to the development of a safer and more informed digital society.
