A total of 428,916 voters had cast their ballots in the diaspora by Sunday, 15:00. in the parliamentary elections, according to data provided in real time by the Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP).
According to AEP, from the opening of the polls, namely from Saturday, 07:00, until Sunday, 15:00, 424,573 Romanian citizens turned out to vote, while 4,343 voters voted by mail, the total number of votes cast abroad currently being 428,916.
Most Romanian voters cast their ballots in Italy - 74,750, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland - 65,529, Germany - 65,426, Spain - 55,282, the Republic of Moldova - 51,410. Also, 22,091 Romanian citizens voted in France, 19,761 in Belgium and 13,777 in Austria.
There is no mobile voting abroad.

Voting in the parliamentary elections in the diaspora will take place over two days, Saturday and Sunday.
