The Constitutional Court of Romania has partially sustained the constitutionality objections raised by President Klaus Iohannis, the Supreme Court of Justice, the National Liberal Party (PNL), the People's Movement Party (PMP) and the Save Romania Union (USR) over amendments to the Criminal Code and the Law on Prevention, Detection and Punishing of Corruption, sources with CCR told AGERPRES on Thursday.
