Approximately three million of students and preschoolers start classes for the 2024-2025 school year on Monday, informs Agerpres.
The new school year has a duration of 36 weeks, for most of the students, preschoolers.
No courses are organized on non-business days/legal holidays provided by law and the applicable collective labour agreement.
Any approval of changes in the structure of the school year is granted under the condition of ensuring the full completion of the school programme, as well as the possibility for all students to participate, without restrictions, in the national exams.
