Arrears to the general consolidated budget were 5.87% down this June to RON 584.3 million, from RON 620.7 million in May, shows data released on the website of the Finance Ministry.
Arrears more than 90 days past due decreased by 36.45% from RON 171.2 million to RON 108.8 million, while those more than 120 days outstanding went up 3.3% from RON 303.4 million in May 2025, to RON 313.5 million in June. More than 360 days overdue arrears advanced 10.8%, from RON 146.1 million to RON 162 million, agerpres reports.
Arrears to local budgets decreased 6.5% from RON 590 million in May to RON 551.7 million in June, with debts over 90 days past due dropping 39.01% to RON 98.2 million, those more than 120 days past due going up 3.14% to RON 302.2 million, and those outstanding over 360 days picking up 11.25% to RON 151.3 million.
Arrears in the chapter "State budget and autonomous entities" increased from RON 30.7 million in May to RON 32.6 million in June (+6.18%).
Debts over 90 days past due advanced 4.9% to RON 10.6 million, those over 120 days past due increased by 8.65% to RON 11.3 million, and those more than 360 days overdue rose to RON 10.7 million (+5.9%).
