Bucharest Stock Exchange opens on the rise on Wednesday

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened on the rise on Wednesday on almost all indices, with transactions amounting to 3.165 million RON (636,117 EUR) after 35 minutes of trading, inform agerpres.ro.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, inched 0.08%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the BVB, also recorded an advance of 0.08%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, increased by 0.09%, while the benchmark for investment fund performance, BET-BK, appreciated by 0.06%.

On the other hand, the BET-FI index of SIFs saw a decrease of 0.06%, and the BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, saw an increase of 0.09%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down 0.39%.

According to the BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by the companies Sinteza (+14.91%), Turism, Hotels, Restaurants Marea Neagra (+6.6%) and Rompetrol Rafinare (+2.99%).

On the other hand, the shares of Prefab (-7.26%), Santierul Naval Orsova (-3.42%) and Socep (-3.37%) were decreasing.
