The Chamber of Deputies on Monday voted the composition of the new Standing Bureau for the last ordinary session of the 2020-2024 legislature.
Thus, the vice-presidents of the Chamber of Deputies will be: Petre-Florin Manole (Social Democratic Party), Stefan-Ovidiu Popa (PSD), Lucian Nicolae Bode (National Liberal Party), Oana-Silvia Toiu (Save Romania Union).
Secretaries of the Chamber are: Eliza-Madalina Peta-Stefanescu (PSD), Cristian Buican (PNL), Gianina Serban (Alliance for the Union of Romanians), Ovidiu Victor Gant (minorities), and quaestors: Mitica-Marius Margarit (PSD), Alexandru Popa (PNL), Rares Tudor Pop (USR), Denes Seres (Democratic Union of Hungarians of Romania).
Social democrat Daniel Suciu has been elected President of the Chamber of Deputies.
The group leaders during this last legislative session of the year will be:
* Ciprian Serban Constantin - PSD
* Gabriel Andronache - PNL
* IonuT Mosteanu - USR
* Alin Colesa - AUR
* Csomo Botond - UDMR
* Varujan Pambuccian - the group of national minorities.
