Romanian rider Emanuel Gyenes ranked 44th on Tuesday in the motorcycle section of stage 9 of the Dakar Rally 2022, taking place in a loop around Wadi Ad Dawasir (Saudi Arabia), 29 m 57 sec behind the winner, Chilean rider Jose Ignacio Cornejo Florimo (Honda), Agerpres reports.
In the general rankings, Gyenes remains in 41st place, at 06 h 14 min 14 sec.
In the Malle Moto ( 'Original by Motul') category, where bikes and quads competitors compete without any kind of assistance, the Romanian finished the stage on the 5th place and occupies the same place in the general rankings.
