Cristiana Oprea and Diana Hategan, the first Romanian female crew of the past 50 years, that participated in a rally outside the country, have ranked 25th, this weekend, in Rally Sliven, Bulgaria, according to the Instagram page of the Romanian Federation of Sports Motoring.
The two competed in the European stage of Rally Sliven, on a Dacia Sandero model, 0.9 TCe, with a configuration for the Dacia Cup, a product that is one hundred percent Romanian.
The two young women have walked on the path that was opened in the late 60's by Simina Mezincescu, who competed in the Tour d'Europe.
At Rally Sliven, the crew Csongor Szabo / Marcus Andreoiu (Ford Fiesta R2) ranked 8th, and Cosma Vlad / Florin Dorca (Abarth 124) landed on the 10th position.
