Former Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos says about his successor Sorin Grindeanu that the latter seems a determined and involved man and who doesn't need his advice. "We have reviewed the main topics, projects in each domain. This was a first discussion. He seemed involved and determined to apply the governing programme. I didn't give him any advice, it's not the case for advice, I answered his questions. We had a very factual discussion, I told him I am at his disposal should he need me," declared Ciolos on Thursday, at Parliament's Palace, referring to the meeting he had with PM Grindeanu.

Asked what measures he would like to be kept, Dacian Ciolos replied: "This is a new Government, with a new governing programme that won the elections." "I believe it is not the case," he added. "I wish him good luck. With the information I have in relation to the budget potential, it won't be easy, not easy at all. I do not want to get into these details," the former PM warned.
