The French football team Olympique Lyon will come to Bucharest with a squad of 23 players for Thursday's match versus FCSB in the Europa League.
The squad called up by coach Paulo Fonseca does not lack well-known players, such as world champion Tagliafico, Serbian Nemanja Matic, French players Tolisso, Veretout and Lacazette, Georgian Mikautadze.
The 23 players who will travel to Bucharest are:
- goalkeepers: Remy Descamps, Lassine Diarra, Lucas Perri;
- defenders: Vinicius Abner, Duje Caleta-Car, Sael Kumbedi, Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Clinton Mata, Moussa Niakhate, Warmed Omari, Nicolas Tagliafico;
- midfielders: Paul Akouokou, Thiago Almada, Nemanja Matic, Tanner Tessmann, Corentin Tolisso, Jordan Veretout;
- forwards: Rayan Cherki, Malick Fofana, Alexandre Lacazette, Georges Mikautadze, Enzo Molebe, Ernest Nuamah;
FCSB will meet Olympique Lyon on Thursday, at 19:45h, at the National Arena in Bucharest, in the first leg of the Europa League's round of 16.
