Industrial production prices, overall (domestic and foreign markets), increased by 6.27 pct in October this year as compared to the same month of the previous year, and from month to month, from September 2018, prices went up by 1.08 pct, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INS) sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday.
On the domestic market, prices increased by 1.54 pct in October, as opposed to September, namely a leap of 6.84 percent reported to the same month of the previous year.
More so, for the foreign market, industrial production prices have gone up in October 2018 by approximately 5.32 percent, as opposed to October 2017 and have gone up by 0.31 percent, in comparison with the data of September 2018.
On the large industrial groups, in October 2018, as opposed to October 2017, INS statistics show important growths of both prices in the case of the energy industry (+18.43 pct), in the intermediary goods industry (+5.27 percent), in the durable goods industry (+2.21 pct), the current goods industry (+2.29 pct) and in the capital goods industry (+0.64 percent).
In the extractive industry there was a growth recorded of these prices by 15.10 pct. In the electric and thermal energy supply, gas, hot water and air conditioned - 10.79 pct, in water distribution, sanitation, waste management, decontamination activities - 6.19 pct, and 5.19 percent in the processing industry.
