PSD (Social Democratic Party) assumes participation in a new coalition government, "even if some of the governing partners have opposing political visions," the acting president of the PSD, Sorin Grindeanu, informs on Saturday, agerpres reports.

"PSD is and will remain a party for the people, a party for those who want to live in a better country, with well-paid jobs, quality education for children and accessible health services for all. PSD assumes participation in a new coalition government, even if some of the governing partners have opposing political visions. We are aware that it will not be easy to harmonise points of view. But we remain consistent and continue to assume the role of a party of reason and solutions, of public policies useful to Romanians, of a party that wants to unite and not deepen the current division of society," says Grindeanu, in a message on Facebook.
