Minister of Public Finance Eugen Teodorovici on Thursday stated that the ordinance regarding the setting up of the Sovereign Investment Fund will be discussed at the Government meeting on Friday.
"We clarified all the aspects still under debate and tomorrow I think that we will discuss the ordinance regarding the Sovereign Fund. (...) We are establishing a framework to be generally valid, in order to be able, afterwards, through government decision, to create the Sovereign Fund, depending on the case," Teodorovici told Parliament.
Asked if he had the approval of the Ministry of Energy, Teodorovici said: "If we are going to discuss this tomorrow, it means that we have all the necessary approvals."
