The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed on Wednesday that nine Ukrainian citizens have requested asylum in Romania, in the last 24 hours, Agerpres reports.
Since the start of the conflict in Ukraine, 4,335 Ukrainian citizens have applied for asylum in our country.
They are benefiting from all rights provided by the national legislation.
Currently, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the occupation rate within the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI) centers is 72.8%.
