The weather will remain particularly cold, locally freezing, in Maramures, most of Transylvania, the northern half of Moldavia and in mountainous areas, where maximum temperatures will generally range between -9 and -3 degrees, during the interval January 13, 10:00 - January 14, 10:00.

According to a Code Yellow warning issued by the National Meteorological Administration (ANM), minimum temperatures in these areas will range between -13 and -6 degrees.
