The rector of the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Police Academy, Daniel Torje, said on Friday that he resigns after the Control Body of the Minister of Internal Affairs has started a verification at this institution.
The control was triggered by an article published in a local newspaper where a female student accused him of sexual harassment.
