President Nicusor Dan said on Wednesday that he had always been pessimistic about Russia's willingness to end the war in Ukraine.
"Let me remind you, in summer there were some international talks, coalitions of the willing, where many leaders expressed optimism. I have always been pessimistic about Russia's willingness to end this war and it is confirmed.
That is, we have a side that obviously wants peace in an equitable manner and a side that believes that as long as it advances - even one inch - it will refuse peace," explained the head of the state.
