President Klaus Iohannis on Tuesday signed the decree for decorating Ambassador of Peru in Bucharest, Jose Antonio Arrospide del Busto. According to a press release of the Presidential Administration, the head of state bestowed the National Order 'Faithful Service' in rank of Grand Cross on the ambassador of Peru "in appreciation for his significant personal contribution to boosting bilateral relations between Romania and Peru, on political, economic, cultural and scientific levels."
The decoration proposal was made by Foreign Minister Lazar Comanescu.
