The law for the amendment and completion of Law No. 188/1999 on the statute of civil servants was sent by President Klaus Iohannis to the Parliament on Monday to be reexamined, the Presidential Administration informs.
According to the source, the piece of legislation is focused on modifications of the attributions of the National Civil Servants Agency (ANFP), as well as on several legislative interventions regarding the legal status of the public office.
