President Klaus Iohannis pays a visit to Moldova on Wednesday, according to official sources, Agerpres reports.
In February, Iohannis had a telephone conversation with his Moldovan counterpart Maia Sandu in which he reconfirmed "Romania's full support for Moldova and its citizens in this dramatic context in which our region finds itself."
In March, he welcomed Sandu's move to sign Moldova's application for accession to the European Union, and pointed out that Romania will give its full support to that endeavour.
