Prime Minister Viorica Dancila notified CCR about the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) panel of five judges issue

Minister of Justice Tudorel Toader on Tuesday confirmed to AGERPRES that Prime Minister Viorica Dancila notified the Constitutional Court about the High Court of Cassation and Justice (ICCJ) panel of five judges issue.

The CCR officials told AGERPRES that the notification in this respect has already been received by the Court, Agerpres informs.
