The third edition of the Romanian Film Industry Days, an event dedicated to cinematography specialists, will take place on May 29, at the Peasant Museum Cinema.
According to a release sent to AGERPRES on Monday, the event will bring together both cinematography specialists and film industry supporters.
The topics of discussion are the need for an intimacy coordinator in a film crew, distribution - from idea to the film shown in the cinema theater, and copyright.
The guests of the edition are Sara Palma (Italy), certified intimacy coordinator and co-founder of intimacycordination.it, Anastasia Plazzotta (Italy), member of the Europa Distribution board and founding member of Wanted Clan, Italy, as well as representatives of the Dacin Sara Association.
The event is curated and organized by Camelia Popa, film and television director and manager of the Peasant Museum Cinema, with the support of the Romanian Peasant Museum, the Italian Cultural Institute, the Italian Trade Agency, Dacin Sara, the Liszt Institute - Hungarian Cultural Center Bucharest and Follow Art Distribution.
"The Romanian Film Industry Days represent an ideal setting for professionals from different departments of the film industry, producers, directors, screenwriters, distributors, actors to meet each other, establish partnerships and discuss new collaborative projects. It is a dedicated framework for connection, collaboration and access to innovative strategies in the film industry. A concept meant to bring to the forefront the power of film to decipher and understand complex social and political subjects through the art of cinema. (...) We want this event to inspire new initiatives, support the continuous development of our industry and become a landmark on the map of events in this field," declared Camelia Popa.
The event will be moderated by Gabriela Suciu-Paduretu, a producer with over 15 years of experience in the cultural and audio-visual fields.
