Romania's David Matei won the silver medal in the skeet solo men junior event on Tuesday at the European Shooting Championships in Chateauroux, France.
In the final, Matei was defeated by Turkish Muhammet Seyhun Kaya 6-2.
Matei had won the semifinal against Czech David Petrasek.
Also on Tuesday, Luca Joldea of CS Dinamo won the gold medal in the 50m pistol men junior.
