Secretary of State for Euro-Atlantic bilateral and strategic affairs with the Foreign Affairs Ministry (MAE) George Ciamba had a meeting on Tuesday with Deputy Director General for European Affairs with the Israel's Foreign Affairs Ministry Rodica Radian-Gordon, a release of the MAE sent to AGERPRES informs.
According to the quoted source, the Romanian State Secretary voiced interest to further deepen the bilateral political dialogue. Moreover, he reconfirmed Romania's support for consolidating the relationships of the State of Israel with the European Union.
The discussions agenda included an exchange of opinions regarding the international problems of major interest and the regional developments, especially the outlooks of the Peace Process in the Middle East, the crisis in Syria and Gulf region, respectively, as well as the prospects of the nuclear agreement with Iran, the release also reveals.
