A charity concert by alternative rock band 'Timpuri Noi', indie electro band 'Stema' and 'Bebe Astur and Guests' will take place on Thursday as of 19:00 at the Students' Culture House in Bucharest as part of the humanitarian campaign 'Get involved! Our kindred need help!'
The concert bill includes 'Timpuri Noi' classics such as 'NATO', 'Romania', 'Perfect', 'Tata', 'Adeline', 'Luca', 'Helga' or 'Catran', 'Stema' will perform their hits 'Vicii/Vices', 'Talente/Talents', 'Patimi/Passions', 'Sharaiman', 'Padurea/The Forest', 'Prizonier/Prisoner', while Bebe Astur, Andreea Lupascu, Georgiana Dumitru and Diana Frincu will bring to the stage the energy of their hits 'Ganduri/Thoughts', 'Te iubesc mereu/Always Loving You', 'Umbre de miracol/Shadows of a Miracle', informs a release of the organizers, Agerpres reports.
This is the second of the 'Three Events, One Cause' cultural and artistic initiative organised at the Students' Culture House in Bucharest, meant to sensitize the society for raising funds and essential products to the benefit of the Romanian communities and the Ukrainians forced to flee their homes in order to escape war.
The first show of the campaign took place on March 31 and featured Iulia and Valentin Gherghisan, Tic Petrosel, Marius Matache and Mircea Bodolan. The third concert is scheduled for April 14, and will see performances by Ovidiu Mihailescu, Raul Carstea, Cristi Dumitracu, Gabi Balasa and the 'Truverii' ensemble.
The event is organized by the Free and Independent Union of the Employees of the Bucharest Students' Culture House, the Romanian Scouts - St. Nicholas Local Center, the RePatriot Community, the 'December 21 1989' Association, the 'Concret' Artistic Youth Society and the 'Basarabia' Association of Romanians in the Odessa Region.
