Bucharest Stock Exchange ends higher Friday's session

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) ended higher the last session of the week, and the total value of transactions stood at 364.38 million RON (72.194 million euros), informs Agerpres.

The main index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, BET, which includes the 20 most traded companies listed on the Regulated Market, rose by 0.93%, to the value of 18,825.36 points, and BET-Plus, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares on the Exchange, closed up by 0.91%.

The extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, recorded an advance of 0.69%, while the SIF index, BET-FI, depreciated by 0.85%.

The BET-BK index, the benchmark for investment fund performance, closed down by 0.02%, and the BET-NG, which measures the performance of ten energy and utility companies, closed up by 1.13%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, closed with a depreciation of 0.07%.

The most liquid stocks were those of Banca Transilvania, with transactions of 125.92 million RON, followed by Hidroelectrica shares, with 38.722 million RON, and OMV Petrom, with 17 million RON.

The best developments were recorded by Vrancart shares (+14.93%), Condmag (+12.12%) and Napoca (+10.79%).

On the other hand, the most significant decreases were recorded by Green Tech International shares (-6.43%), Aquila Part Prod Com (-5.61%) and One United Properties (-4.87%).
