The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened on Thursday on the rise on most indices, with the value of transactions amounting to 4.49 million lei (902,854 euros), after the first half hour of trading.
The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, saw an appreciation of 0.02%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BSE, recorded an advance of 0.01% .
At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid titles, decreased by 0.04%, while the yield benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, depreciated by 0.11%.
The BET-FI index of the SIFs stagnated, and the BET-NG, the index of the 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, saw an advance of 0.43%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down 0.21%.
According to the BVB data, the biggest increases in the share value were recorded by Artego (+2.3%), Prefab (+1.61%) and OMV Petrom (+1.08%).
