Daniel David announced on Monday evening that he had resigned from the position of Minister of Education and Research.
"Today, December 22, 2025, exactly one year after the invitation to become Minister of Education and Research (December 22, 2024), I requested that the Prime Minister release me from the position of Minister of Education and Research, by submitting my resignation to his office. I have recently received confirmation.
Although the resignation is a unilateral act, I wanted it to be an amicable departure, as was our collaboration," Daniel David wrote on his blog.
