Energy knows no borders and Romania and Hungary are jointly implementing solutions for regional stability, Energy Minister Bogdan Ivan said after talks on Tuesday with Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto, inform Agerpres.
"Today I had a very practical discussion with Peter Szijjarto, Hungary's Minister of Trade and Foreign Affairs, about the solid partnership between our countries. It is a pragmatic collaboration, built on shared interests, which strengthens the energy security of the entire region. High energy prices are a challenge for everyone, affecting both company competitiveness and household budgets," the Energy Minister wrote on his Facebook page.
In this context he also brought to mind that Romania is accelerating strategic production investments, underscoring that projects such as the construction of reactors 3 and 4 at Cernavoda and the development of Neptune Deep, the largest offshore project in the European Union, will bring greater stability and more predictable prices.
