The burn patients will be sent abroad in case of a tragedy resembling that occurred last year in the Colectiv club, Health Minister Vlad Voiculescu said on Thursday, pointing out that hospitals in Romania can optimally treat 10 - 20 such injured people.
Attending a healthcare debate, the minister was asked what measures are to be taken in case of a tragedy like the one at Colectiv club.
"We do what it should have been done last year. Send the patients abroad. We count on treating 10 - 20 patients in Romania at present," the Health Minister told the debate.
