Jobs4all has launched a platform dedicated to people from vulnerable groups, given that young people with severe disabilities in Romania have the lowest employment rate (7%), well below the European average, although legislation imposes a 4% quota on companies with over 50 employees, according to a press release sent to AGERPRES on Wednesday.
According to the cited source, Jobs4all is the result of collaboration between organizations dedicated to inclusion, such as BCR and Jobful.
Thus, the platform offers a digital space where candidates, inclusive employers and public institutions collaborate to increase employability and facilitate sustainable integration into the labor market, the press release states.
The Jobs4all project is funded by the Dacia Foundation for Romania through the "Mobility Matters" grant program and is supported by strategic partners such as Jobful, the NESsT Foundation, the Erste Foundation and the Marc program.
"The launch of Jobs4all comes in a context in which young people with severe disabilities have the lowest employment rate (7%), well below the European average, although the legislation imposes a 4% quota on companies with over 50 employees. Each unfilled position, according to the law, represents an annual fee of approximately 10,000 euros for a company, but also the loss of valuable professionals," the quoted source specifies.
Through its statute, Jobs4all allows employers to access and support both the platform and the programs dedicated to vulnerable groups through Protected Unit facilities, the document also states.
"Jobs4all is not just a job portal, but a commitment to change. We want to move from an assistance-based perspective to one based on potential. Our platform offers a complete ecosystem, with training programs, counseling and a supportive community, to show that inclusion is not charity, but a smart investment in people and the future of companies", said Monica Radu, Jobs4all community manager, quoted in the press release.
Among the first employers to hire through the platform is BCR Social Finance, which recognized the project's potential to generate systemic change.
The Dacia Foundation for Romania (FDpR) is an autonomous non-profit organization, sponsored by Automobile Dacia, launched in April 2025. FDpR inspires and supports an inclusive society, facilitating physical and social mobility for people who need resources and mobility solutions to realize their potential and for a better quality of life.
The Foundation's vision is a Romania that recognizes and capitalizes on its potential. To honor its vision, it acts along three priority axes: access to education, the labor market, and culture.
FDpR makes mobility possible by supporting organizations and projects that have local, regional or national coverage, that approach physical and social mobility from an innovative perspective and that have a proven impact and relevance in the communities they serve.
